With its relaxed tropical atmosphere and Bali-chic mix of traditional furniture and fabrics, Casa Luna is an Ubud landmark that has been serving authentic Balinese food and modern, nourishing dishes to discerning guests for more than 25 years. Their Balinese-style Paella is legendary, the lime tart has been named the best on the island and their coffee reigns supreme. Vegan and vegetarian options play a significant role in the menu and organic ingredients are hand-picked from the Casa Luna garden. Situated on the main road, just a few minutes from the village market, it is a favourite with visitors from all over the world. The Casa Luna Jazz Club is every Thursday and Sunday. Casa Luna is open 7 days from 8am to 11pm.

“Not many gifts make me cry (with joy), but this one did, as I have travelled to Bali many times. Cooking Balinese food at home is a treat and having made wonderful Balinese friends over the years there is something very special about this island. Thank you Janet for bringing BALI into my home.”Kaye Tuddenham
“Evocative flavours that nourish my fond memories of authentic Balinese food, every recipe offers deliciousness in every mouthful.”Christine Manfield
“I can safely say without a shadow of a doubt it is incredible! We had some traditional Balinese dishes which were amazing and then because I’d seen so many rave reviews about the key lime tart we shared that for desert. Oh-my-god it was incredible.”
“Both the food and the service are outstanding. Staff are lovely and helpful, the restaurant, despite in the middle of busy Ubud, makes you fell really relaxed. The food is excellent. If you like chocolate try the ‘Black Mischief’ chocolate cake: I cannot describe how good it is, you must try it!”Dave
