Balinese Fish Cooking Class in Ubud

Fresh catch, fire and spice — Bali from the sea

Detail

Monday – Focus On Fish

Bali’s relationship with the sea is ancient and intimate. At Casa Luna Cooking School, our Monday fish class takes you deep into the flavours and techniques of Balinese coastal cuisine — grinding spice pastes by hand, working with fresh catch, and learning the methods that have defined this food for generations.
The class ends at a long shared table where you enjoy everything you’ve cooked together.
