At Casa Luna Cooking School, our Friday Indonesian Classics class brings the most beloved dishes of this tradition to life in your hands.

Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you’ll learn to prepare the iconic dishes that have defined Indonesian cooking for generations — working with fresh spices, traditional tools and techniques that connect you directly to the heart of this extraordinary cuisine.

The class ends at a long shared table where you enjoy everything you’ve cooked together.
