Plant-Based Balinese Cooking Class in Ubud

Roots, greens, coconut and spice. Abundant, not alternative.

Detail

Saturday – Plant Based Cooking

Balinese cooking has always had a deep and natural relationship with plants. Long before plant-based food became a global movement, Balinese cooks were creating extraordinary flavour from vegetables, coconut, tempeh, tofu and an incredible array of spices and herbs.

At Casa Luna Cooking School, our Saturday class celebrates this tradition in full. Rich, complex and deeply satisfying — this is plant-based Balinese cooking at its best.

The class ends at a long shared table where you enjoy everything you’ve cooked together.
