Ubud Artisan Market was first launched on Sunday, 4 August, 2019, at Taman Baca (Ubud Writers & Readers Festival venue), Jl. Raya Sanggingan, Kedewatan, Ubud. The Artisan Market is showcasing local Indonesian art, design and handcrafted artisan goods and their makers, the first Sunday of every month. Our aim is to create an exciting platform for young creatives to sell their work, network and make new friends. Through this initiative, we hope that the work of young designers will flourish while preserving traditional art methods.
We are seeking locally handmade art and design based products. Applicants will be reviewed on the quality and uniqueness of their work, the use of traditional methods or materials and if it complements the product mix on display. Ubud Artisan Market is held on the first Sunday every month at Taman Baca, Jl. Raya Sanggingan, Kedewatan, Ubud (UWRF venue), from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Artisan Market participants are individuals, communities, SMEs and companies.

We provide limited tables at an extra charge of 50,000 IDR. Please state how many you require.
Invoice will be sent after registration and selection process is complete.
Participants must complete the registration form and return with supporting product photographs.

The Artisan Market allows only legal products such as local Indonesian art, design and handcrafted artisan goods. Applicants will be reviewed on the quality and uniqueness of their work, the use of traditional methods or materials and if it complements the product mix on display.
Rules & Regulations
No plastic bags/packaging is allowed.
Goods sold must be environmentally friendly.
Participants must maintain the cleanliness and neatness of each stall. Do not litter.
Registered name may not be replaced with others.
Any electrical equipment brought requires permission from Casa Luna.
No poster or marketing materials to be placed around the event
No pets are allowed.
Other Requirements For Participants
Participants are required to participate in maintaining security and cleanliness.
In Force Majeure conditions, which are caused in part by matters that can affect or cause delays or cancellations of market activities, such as: natural disasters, strikes, riots, and other matters beyond the ability of the organizing committee, in this case Casa Luna will not be held responsible for damage to goods / objects of the participants.
Sanctions Of Artisan Market Participants
Violation and destruction of facilities and infrastructure in the arena of the market will be subject to sanctions and imposition of compensation fees or repairs in accordance with the price and infrastructure. If the participant violates the stipulated conditions, the membership rights will be revoked by the organizing committee
