Feast on 5-courses from whipped edamame with furikake on wonton chips, BBQ prawns with miso butter and twice cooked duck leg to beer battered bananas with butterscotch and pandan ice cream and more.
Bid farewell to 2022 with DJ Ebes helming the decks with some serious dance tunes.
From 9-11pm enjoy free-flow cocktails, bubbly, wines, beers with small bites, from fresh oysters and gyoza to chicken yakitori and kimchi arancini.
And from the terrace at midnight watch Ubud’s dazzling firework show across the Tjampuhan ridge to complete a celebration like no other.
